By accessing or using the LandHunter Global platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by LandHunter Global ("we", "us", or "our"), a Hong Kong-based real estate investment and development company.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides a platform for investors to explore Hong Kong land and property investment opportunities, complete investor verification (KYC), sign non-disclosure agreements, access private project data rooms, and submit meeting requests. Some features are restricted to verified and approved investors.
3. Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and KYC verification, and to update such information as necessary. Access to private investment opportunities is contingent upon successful completion of our verification process.
4. User Obligations
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not misuse the Service, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, or use any confidential project information obtained through the platform for purposes other than evaluating investment opportunities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Confidentiality and NDA
Access to private project data rooms requires signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement. By accessing such information, you agree to keep all confidential project information strictly private and to use it solely for investment evaluation purposes. Unauthorized disclosure, distribution, or reproduction of confidential information is prohibited.
6. Investment Disclaimer
The information provided on the Service is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Investment in real estate involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. You should consult qualified professional advisors before making any investment decisions. We do not guarantee any specific investment outcome or return.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of LandHunter Global or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LandHunter Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the preceding six months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions which by their nature should survive shall remain in effect.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
